1. Building block: Training in the company
The main part of your apprenticeship is the ongoing training in the company. There is a vocational trainer for each apprentice. There is a tailored training plan for each apprenticeship. Your strengths and areas of development will be specifically promoted.
2nd module: The vocational school & ÜK
In addition to in-company training, vocational school is the second important component of your apprenticeship. Our vocational trainers work in close contact with the vocational schools / ÜK’s. The vocational school and the inter-company courses extend and complement the practical training in the company.

apprenticeship as a polymechanic EFZ or production mechanic EFZ
Are you talented and interested in technology and mechanics? As a polymechanic or production mechanic you are directly involved in the production and ensure the quality of our products.
What you can expect from us:
During your training as a polymechanic or production mechanic you will learn how to manufacture workpieces and devices for production systems by hand. You will learn many techniques such as turning, milling, drilling, but also the control of the most modern high-tech machines.
Apprenticeship as Businesswoman / Businessman EFZ
During the three-year training program, you will work in various commercial departments and gain a broad insight into a wide range of business areas. Possible areas of work include, for example, quality, purchasing, sales, and finance and accounting.
What you can expect from us:
During your training as a commercial employee, you will get to know various departments. You can expect an open-minded and committed team. that will be happy to support you in your respective area of responsibility.
Apprenticeship as a Logistician EFZ
Apprentice logisticians transport, store and distribute goods. As a logistics specialist in the warehouse field, you are responsible for the correct storage and internal transport of our goods. During the 3-year apprenticeship, you will learn to receive and check the delivered goods, to enter them in the warehouse management system using scanners and computers, to move goods with suitable forklifts and to prepare them for dispatch.
