Your tasks
- Independent set-up and operation of the automated machining centers (StarragHeckert HEC 500, FASTEMS manufacturing system)
- Self-checking with 1-piece control (4-eyes principle)
- Maintenance of the tools and measuring with presetting device
- Running in new parts
- Continuous process improvement in the workplace (CIP)
- Periodic maintenance of machinery and equipment
Your requirement profile
- Completed apprenticeship as mechanic/ polymechanic or equivalent training
- Several years of experience with CNC milling machines
- Independent work with high quality standards
- Reliable, flexible, team player, self-initiated, good communication skills, fast comprehension skills
- Work in 2-shift operation
- Good PC user skills
- Good knowledge of written and spoken German
