Challenge: Short run times and high set-up costs<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

When machining on a Hermle C250 5-axis machine, SBK faced the challenge that frequent tool changes and short running times were limiting productivity. This led to unnecessary downtime and higher component costs \u2013 a clear starting point for optimisation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through our partner Ceratizit<\/strong>, SBK decided to use GRESSEL pyramid clamping systems<\/strong> in combination with a zero-point clamping system.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
