the electric grepos-5X-E
Designed as a universally applicable long stroke vise, the new mechatronic workpiece clamping system, which is geared towards the future of production technology, is characterized by a whole range of practical features. Examples include: 120 mm steplessly programmable clamping stroke with a wide clamping range of 5 to 420 mm (other lengths on request), requirement-specific programmable and monitored clamping force, self-locking, IO-Link interface for networked communication. With a jaw width of 125 mm and high jaws that provide excellent accessibility for 5-axis complete/simultaneous machining, the grepos-5X-E is universally suitable for flexible single-part and series production. In addition, the complete sealing and encapsulation, as well as the mentioned monitoring of the jaw position and the clamping force of max. 40 kN (total clamping force 80 kN) ensure a high level of process reliability in all conceivable clamping situations. Finally, the 100% electric function is a central element for consistent production automation.
