Machine vices automatic

It depends on the automation. All GRESSEL clamps are suitable for pallet automation. We often recommend the products C2 centering vise, SC5X 5-axis vise and C3 centering vise.

Yes, 5-axis clamps SC5X, single clamps solinos, machine vice gripos, as well as special clamping solutions.

GRESSEL has developed its own pneumohydraulic unit for this purpose, which is specially adapted to our clamping devices in order to realize an efficient automatic clamping solution.

Workpiece pallet automation R-C2 (hybrid)

Yes, round workpieces with standard prismatic jaws and shaped parts with contour jaws. GRESSEL offers a great option for the production of your own clamping jaws via the simple jaw interface of the R-C2 centric clamps. The C2.0 program includes soft jaws in aluminium and steel as standard.

No, all currently available R-C2 automation solutions have their own software systems, including their own job managers.

Yes, the R-C2 automations have the advantage that the 4 centric clamps R-C 80 (L-140 L-190) and R-C2 125 (L-160 L-235) can be interchanged as required. Workpieces from 0 – 217 mm can be clamped flexibly.

In general, yes, we have the option of automating machines without a rotary feed-through using an R-C2 module including media transfer. However, the existing machine must have an automatic machine door (or be retrofitted). In addition, the machine should also have an automation interface for smooth communication with the automation system. For long unmanned operation, the machine also requires a certain number of tools.
