Your tasks
- Independent setup and operation of our turning and milling centers; DMG – CTX beta 1250 TC 4A, DMG – CTX beta 800 4A TWIN and the DMG -NEF 400
- Running in new parts
- Reclamping, deburring, measuring of parts, which are produced in small to medium size series
- Self-checking with 1. pcs. control
- Setting up the tools and measuring by means of the presetting device Zoller Venturion – Pilot 4
- Periodic maintenance of machinery and equipment
- Continuous process improvement in the workplace (CIP)
- In job rotation operation of other machines of small cubic machining
Your requirement profile
- Completed apprenticeship as mechanic/ polymechanic or equivalent training
- Several years of CNC experience in the machining of rotary parts
- Work in 2-shift operation
- Independent, reliable work with high quality standards
- Flexible, team player, self-initiated, good communication skills, quick perception
- Good PC user skills
- German spoken and written
