Between universal pallet handling and pure workpiece handling, the R-C2 robot-supported workpiece automation with the R-C2 clamping and gripping centric clamping vise offers a very practical system solution for batch sizes between 3 and 500 pieces. This is because it allows various workpieces to be machined completely from all 6 sides and fully automatically. Small batch sizes and unmanned night-time production?
With an R-C2 automation, the operator can work extremely efficiently during the day without waiting time losses and build up work stock (run-in workpieces, blanks in the magazine, set-up tools) in the automation. This work stock is processed by the machine during the day and also unattended at night.
