At the beginning of 2021, our product specialist Automation, Andreas Brunhofer, presented the R-C2 workpiece automation of the company Promot, Mr. Pesendorfer. The milling machine automation R-C2 was presented directly with our 6-page station. The advantages of the flexible system were explained and demonstrated. Mr. Pesendorfer was immediately enthusiastic about the solution of the R-C2 system and convinced of its potential.
The Promot company has launched an automation solution under the Promro brand. After a few meetings, the first design of a Promro cell was shown. In addition, the associated software was developed in-house by Promot.
In mid-2021, the Promro Compact RD 50 Hybrid cell was presented at the Mazak Techcenter in Göppingen. The automation system from Promot is gaining great approval with its high-quality workmanship, a very clear control system and other advantages.
The R-C2 system with Promro has already convinced many customers.
Especially in the very tight situation on the labor market as well as the shortage of skilled workers, it will become more and more important for companies to have a simple, flexible and reliable automation in use.
