New M8 workpiece stops in sizes 1 and 2: More flexibility, less set-up time
With the new GRESSEL workpiece stops, we are expanding our range of accessories for precise and efficient workpiece positioning. They are ideal for clamping edge applications and 5-axis machining. The stops excel for their minimal space requirement, very simple adjustment and a well thought out, interchangeable system of clamping elements.
Compact thinking
The stop sliders with flag can be infinitely adjusted along the longitudinal axis and rotated through 360°. This means that the stop element always remains below the maximum Z-edge of the vice – it can even be used between the clamping jaws. This guarantees full tool accessibility and maximum freedom from collisions on 5-axis machines.
Quick adjustment: One screw, two sides
The operation is deliberately kept simple: One clamping screw is all that is needed for adjustment, which makes installation very efficient. As the clamping elements are present on both screw-on surfaces, you can easily clamp or release the stop slider on the left or right even when the stop bracket is fitted.
Two sliders – several options
Two slider lengths are available for different stop situations: 40 mm and 80 mm. However, the clamping and mounting system of the stop sliders is identical, which makes the two versions compatible and interchangeable.
Swiss Made Quality
The stop holder itself is made of hardened, matt nickel-plated steel and the slider is made of burnished steel. The stop slider is securely connected to the nickel-plated steel stop flag to prevent rotation. The selected materials and surfaces emphasise the usual high GRESSEL quality: robust, precise and durable for everyday industrial use.
