Strong performance – from classic clamping technology to automation

EMO 2025 in Hanover was a complete success for GRESSEL. Over five intensive days at the trade fair, we were able to hold numerous technical discussions, make new contacts and strengthen existing partnerships. Particularly pleasing: the great interest in our solutions – from classic machine vises to modern automation systems.

Our booth offered a comprehensive insight into the world of clamping technology and automation. The feedback from our visitors was clear: our innovations precisely meet the need for greater efficiency, longer spindle running times and reduced workpiece costs.

We presented a wide range of products at the trade fair – from 3-axis machine vises to innovative automation solutions:

The new centric clamping vise C5X

Our C5X impressed visitors across the board. It combines maximum clamping forces with an exceptionally large clamping range of up to 691 mm. Thanks to the C2.0 jaw programme, it offers maximum flexibility and an enormous range of variants. Customers were particularly impressed by: the excellent accessibility for 5-axis machining and a sophisticated system for easy spindle changes

Vise handling – our new vise automation system

The automation solution attracted a lot of attention and positive feedback. The vise handling system makes machining even more efficient and flexible. Vises are stored in a magazine and automatically inserted into and removed from the machine tool by a robot. Ideal for recurring clamping tasks and long machine running times.

Workpiece automation R-C2 together with HandlingTech

Together with our partner HandlingTech, we presented the R-C2 automation. This system enables completely unmanned 6-sided machining. Workpieces are fixed in a special clamping system and can be processed on all sides without manual intervention.

For production managers, this means maximum machine uptime, predictable processes and a significant reduction in unit costs.
