Profitable multiplication of a manufacturing concept

In 2017, Rohde & Schwarz implemented a chained production line for the automated milling of aluminium parts at its Teisnach site. After several sister plants were implemented in the following years, the first plant has now been expanded to include automated raw part handling. Gressel has been a partner for workpiece clamping technology throughout all these years.
Smart integration for greater efficiency

The small family-owned company Torneria Novoletto near Milan manufacturers sophisticated components for the chemical, pharmaceutical, and medical industries. With the R-C2 automation concept, which combines clamping devices and grippers, users achieve high operational flexibility in parts processing and benefit from greater cost-efficiency. Set-up and changeover efforts in fully automated complete machining are significantly reduced, and output is increased. Last but not least, because the robotic solution helps compensate for the skilled labor shortage.

Future-orientated advice

Future-orientated advice In order to be able to clamp components as reliably and efficiently as possible, the right clamping device must be found for each workpiece pool. Fraune Metallbearbeitung, which initially relied on fixed-jaw clamps, showed just how crucial advice can be in this regard. Reiner Hartmann from Gressel made the Delbrück-based company rethink its […]
